Art on Display @ Greenville County Museum of Art

The second part of my Out of Bondage series, The Domestics, was acquired by the GCMA last year and is currently on display. Museums, if you’re listening (or reading this)—please inform artists (if you have their contact info) when their work is on exhibition or being loaned for display! It would allow for better engagement with the public and the artist’s own network. I'm unsure whether this is part of a traveling exhibit or a selection of works by African American artists from their collection for Black History Month.
